Get paid on time without chasing: WhatsApp orders, invoices and payment reminders for small businesses

For businesses that sell to other businesses on credit and are paid by bank transfer

A late payment is often a forgotten invoice, not a refusal. If your customers order on WhatsApp and pay by bank transfer, the fix is simple: invoice the same day, make paying easy, and remind on time, every time. Get Paid does the writing and the remembering; you approve and press send.

Why customers pay late

  • The invoice came late, or not at all. An order agreed in a WhatsApp chat often has no invoice until the owner finds time at night.
  • Paying is harder than it should be. No bank details on the invoice, no reference to use, so the transfer waits until someone asks.
  • Nobody reminds them. Chasing feels awkward, so owners wait, and 30-day terms quietly become 60.
  • You cannot see who owes what. Payments arrive as slips in different chats and are matched by memory.

How Get Paid works

  1. Paste the WhatsApp order. "Hi, may I order 10 kg of house blend by Wednesday." Sophia, the AI assistant, finds the customer and uses their own price for each product.
  2. Check and approve. The invoice gets its number and due date from that customer's terms. Download a PDF with your bank account, DuitNow QR, and the invoice number as the payment reference.
  3. Send it from your own WhatsApp. The message is written for you, in English, Bahasa Melayu or Chinese; one tap opens it in WhatsApp.
  4. Remind on time. Each day a short list tells you who to remind: three days before the due date, on the due date, at 7 days late. At 14 days it tells you to call; at 30 days you decide whether to send a final notice or hold new orders.
  5. Read the slip. When the customer sends the transfer slip, Sophia reads the amount, date and reference and suggests the invoice it pays. You check your bank app and confirm.
  6. See what is owed. One screen shows what is owed, what is overdue and by how long, and who owes the most. Export a CSV for your accountant.

What it does not do

  • It does not take payments. Customers pay into your own bank account; there is no payment gateway and no fee on what you collect.
  • It does not mark anything paid by itself. A slip can be edited, so you confirm each payment against your bank.
  • It does not message customers on its own. You press send on every reminder, so a good customer is never chased by mistake. You can switch reminders off for any customer.
  • It is not accounting software or an e-invoice system. Keep your accountant and your accounting software; give them the CSV.

When you do not need it

If you have a handful of credit customers who always pay on time, a spreadsheet and a calendar reminder are enough. Get Paid pays off when you have more invoices than you can remember, customers on different prices and terms, and money regularly arriving weeks late.

Common questions

How do I get B2B customers to pay invoices on time?

Send the invoice the day you deliver, put your bank details and the invoice number as the payment reference on it, remind politely three days before it is due and again on the due day, and call once it is two weeks late. A late payment is often a forgotten one, so reminding on time does much of the work.

Can I send payment reminders on WhatsApp?

Yes, and most Malaysian B2B buyers read WhatsApp faster than email. Get Paid writes each reminder in English, Bahasa Melayu or Chinese and opens it in your own WhatsApp; you press send. It does not send messages by itself.

Does Get Paid collect the money for me?

No. Your customers transfer straight to your own bank account, as they do today. Get Paid never holds your money and adds no payment fees.

Can it tell when a customer has paid?

It reads the transfer slip your customer sends (amount, date, reference) and suggests which invoice it pays. A slip can be edited or fake, so an invoice is only marked paid after you confirm the money is in your bank.

Is it accounting software?

No. It does not keep your books, file tax or submit e-invoices to MyInvois. It tracks quotes, invoices and payments, and exports a CSV for your accountant.
